We offer a variety of options for getting your purchase to you:

Curbside pick-up is available and free. Please give us 24 hours notice. We will be in the shop for curbside pick up on Wednesdays thru Sundays from 11am to 7pm or by special arrangement.

Not in Olympia? Want it shipped to you? We charge a flat rate of $8. We offer shipping and order tracking on all your purchases within the United States.  We ship with the United States Postal Service.

All of your items will be carefully packed in our Olympia, Washington boutique and sent out the next business day. If we run into any issues or delays, we'll be sure to give you a call or email right away.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping

Ordering a gift? That’s so sweet! Please let us know in the order comments if your order is a gift in addition to the shipping address of the recipient. We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping!

Our Return Policy

Online

Returns and Exchanges for online purchases are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. We can either exchange the merchandise for other item(s), provide you with store credit, or issue you a credit card refund. If you used a gift certificate as your form of payment, you will be reissued another gift card as these are redeemable for merchandise only. 

Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Please take off all jewelry and watches prior to trying on to prevent potential snagging. We will deny store credit on returns or exchanges if the item returned does not meet our guidelines. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and Lark does not assume return shipping costs on returns/exchanges. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

In-Store

We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for full-priced merchandise returned to the shop within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags and packaging intact. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.

All items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
